The latest addition to the LYO BISTRO family is a gluten-free, vegan and lactose-free health bomb!

Parsnip, red lentils, parsley and poppy seeds are not only rich in calcium but also known for their antioxidant properties combating free radicals. Served with millet and creamy mushroom gravy and seasoned with anti-inflammatory spices such as turmeric, horseradish and pepper, the dish offers so much more than meets the eye.

The product was inspired by consumer insights shared during the course of the Consumer Engagement Labs (CEL) project run by EIT Food. The one-person serving size, convenience of use, some of the ingredients as well as dietary requirements were proposed by older adults during CEL consumer sessions.

We are cooking before freeze-drying.

In our pouches, there are no artificial additives, no extra sugar, no palm oil and no preservatives!

Our meals are made from 100% natural ingredients and some of them are growing on our own fields.

We produce with LOVE! Enjoy our products!

All our products are produced in our facility in Poland.
Shelf life: 1 year from the production date.
Store in a tightly closed container

PREPARATION

1. Open the lid and remove sealing foil. 2. Add 165 ml of hot water. 3. Stir thoroughly. 4. Close the lid and wait 5 min. Enjoy!
